Recipes from Our Nutrition Kitchen
Every bite of your food journey should be enjoyable. As every bite is either hurtful or helpful, these recipes contain ingredients that pass the Nutrition Response Test with most people in our practice—tasty solutions on the "helpful" side for most people. These are free of grains, dairy, and sugar except raw honey or maple syrup. Many include explanations for our thinking, or at least some of it.
